Open OnBase15 to activate your account and receive your email notifications In your selected browser (see list on page 2) open https://onbase.nau.edu/appnet. Sign in and open OnBase15. When you see the OnBase navigation page, you will be activated and email notifications will appear in your nau email when a course fee request needs your approval. Please note that emails sent prior to your activation will not appear in your inbox. Set up quick return to OnBase15 (1 minute; 10 minutes for desk top installation) Set up a return path now for quick access to your OnBase web client- guaranteed to reduce stress 😠 and save time 🕙 in the future. Pick an option that works best for you: 1. Follow the link in the notification email, requires activation (see instructions above). The perk of the email link is that it opens OnBase in the workflow window- no extra navigation. The weak link of the link (pun intended) is that it will open in your default browser, which usually doesn’t support OnBase15! No worries, just right-click the link in the email and copy it into your OnBase browser. 2. Set a bookmark for https://onbase.nau.edu/appnet... in the browser you will use for OnBase. Quick hack: type ‘onbase’ in the url window and select the appnet link. 3. Set up an Internet Explorer web client short cut on your desk top (see page 3). 4. If neither 1 or 2 is working for you, then set up a Unity Client short cut on your desk top (see page 4). For help with OnBase installations contact [email protected].
