Please note: a fee is chargeable once your registration is confirmed. The fee is payable upon
signing the agreement:
a)
for all students from the University of Melbourne, the payment is $200, of which
$100 is refundable after the event.
b)
for non-student external parties, the payment is $200, of which $50 is refundable
after the event.
c)
An additional $30 will be charged for late applicants.
d)
For stall holders who require UMSU International to hire equipment on their behalf, the
following charges will apply:
½ Bainmarie $50, BBQ Pits $70, Gas Stove $35

All stall owners are allowed to use the kitchen situated in Union House. Usage of
kitchen depends on availability and is subjected to terms and conditions.
