Determine a perimeter to be protected by S6 / S9 / S11 measures to ensure the safety of
switching installation works and commissioning tests

Ensure that the boundary of the ZEPs and their associated devices remain compatible with
the tests to be carried out during the commissioning

Define, in accordance with the operators and the TOCs, the track occupancy in the area, as
well as the authorised movements requiring PS9E measures
 These documents must be known and shared by all the activities of the site

Trial run for the protection operations of the test area:

Simulation of the protection procedures for the area (10 km of track, 2 hours of procedure, 15 operational signal boxes

Repetition concerning the EIC / EF / MOET management for verifying the test area protection regulation
Trial run for the test area closure operations:

Reconnaissance of the closure locations by the staff (Pk, voie, …)

Testing the means of communication

Checks of material means (SAM, detonators, DSh, ...)

Simulation of the closure implementation

Checks of organization, duration and sequencing of operations
Repetition of the commissioning for all agents:

Presentation of the project, organisation of the commissioning, planning of assignment by agent, visit of the site of
reception and intervention for each agent, provision of the worksheets for verification in order to detect any anomalies
