Introducing Centegra OneBill
Centegra Health System is pleased to announce the implementation of Centegra OneBill. OneBill will consolidate
many Centegra charges into one statement and includes the following facilities: Centegra Hospital-McHenry,
Centegra Hospital-Woodstock and Centegra Physician Care. This new statement will make paying your bill easier
and more convenient.

Will this include all Centegra entities?
A.
The OneBill will include Centegra Hospital-McHenry, Centegra Hospital-Woodstock and all Centegra
Physician Care offices. You will continue to receive separate billings for Home Health Care, Home
Medical Equipment, and Centegra Clinical Laboratories. As always, any services provided by an
independent physician including pathologist, radiologist, or primary care physicians will be billed
separately by the independent provider.

Will the customer service change?

Yes, the new customer service number will be 888-400-5722.
Q.
Will the mailing address to pay by bill remain the same?
A.
No, new address to mail in payments will change to PO Box 6204, Carol Stream, IL 60197-6204.
Q.
What will happen if I have already mailed my current statement to the old payment address?
A.
Payment will still be processed as normal. Going forward please be sure to send any new payments to
the PO Box listed above.

Can I still make payments online?
A.
Yes, online payments can be made at http://centegra.org/billing

Will the OneBill include my entire family on one statement?
A.
No, statements will not be combined for family members or members of a household. For minors,
the guarantor must be the same for each service in order to receive one bill.
