STAGE DIMENSIONS
The stage is 42' wide and 26’ deep. 18' is behind the main traveling drape and the thrust is 8' deep.
The height is 16' from the deck to electrics.

FRONT OF HOUSE
The system consists of 8 McCauley MONARC MLA3 boxes per side with twin loaded 12"
Neodymium cone drivers, twin 8" HX32 midrange cone drivers, and two high frequency compression
drivers.
Subs are Meyer 700 HPs, 3 per side (twelve 18”s total).
Front of house console is an AVID Venue Profile Mix Rack System with 3 DSP cards, Venue Pro Pack
plugins, Waves platinum bundle plugins, and a Black Lion external word clock.

PASSES
-The Boulder Theater will honor touring passes and can supply house passes upon request.
-The Boulder Theater must uphold to the Colorado Liquor laws and ID every individual who comes in
and out of the venue. Once we have checked your ID you must receive a wristband that informs our
staff that you are 21 years of age.
DRESSING ROOMS / PRODUCTION OFFICE
The dressing rooms are located off stage left, downstairs. There are 2 star dressing rooms with showers
and one large main common area. An area in our workshop with a desk and chairs is set aside as a
touring production office.
High Speed Wireless Internet is available throughout the venue.

MERCHANDISE
-The house withholds 8.45% city sales tax on all merchandise sold (including recorded material), plus
an additional 20% house commission on soft goods.
-We have a merchandise area available located in the lobby, at the front of the venue. This is a high
traffic area that is well lit and secure.
-With advance notice, a house seller can be arranged. The seller fee is $50 vs. 5% of sales.
HOSPITALITY

PARKING
-Please advance your parking needs with Karen Shaviv, [email protected].
-Our parking spots are located off of 14th and Spruce Street, on the north side of the venue. We can
also reserve spaces in front of the venue for promotional vehicles. These spots are marked off with
orange meter hoods and/or parking signs.
-These spots are available at 9am the morning of your show. The spaces may be reserved earlier than
9am with advance notice. You may stay in these spots until 9am the morning after your show. If you
wish to stay longer, provided we don't have a show the next day that needs parking, it will be your
responsibility to pay for the spaces ($20 per space for the day)
-We do not have shore power available but you are welcome to run a generator.
TRANSPORTATION
We are accommodating of all types of transportation needs on a show-by-show basis.
RUNNER
-If your specific event does not have a budget for a runner, with advance notice one can still be
provided.
-The cost is $125 for local ground transportation in a personal car for the duration of the show.
-The cost is $110.00 each way for airport transportation using our partner car service, Limo Express.
-Settlement for the runner will be between the tour manager and the Boulder Theater's manager on
duty, if the runner is in the contract. If it is not in the contract, settlement for the runner will be
between the tour manager and runner. It will be your responsibility to pay for the runner.

EXIT RIGHT onto I-270. Follow signs to ROUTE 36 to BOULDER. ROUTE 36 turns into 28th
