LIVE UNITED 6 Eligibility / Minimum Criteria to Apply Program must demonstrate: • Alignment with HFUW’s investment area goals. • How the investment area activities/outputs and corresponding outcomes/indicators listed in HFUW’s RFP apply to the proposed program. • The geographic area that will be served. • The target population for services.
