agencies and elected officials throughout the day.

Those available to help distribute bread to Legislators meet in office # 417, Capitol Building. (This is not Jon’s office
as he has moved offices but this has more room for bread,
coats, etc.)
11:00am
Meet in the House Gallery on the Fourth Floor of the Capitol
(North) to see the session. (Doors will be shut at 11:00am),
please arrive early

Chartered Bus begins departure from Ritz Carlton to Freight
Depot at the Motor Lobby on Ellis Street – 2 buses will
alternate until all have been delivered.

Be at the Freight Depot ready to greet legislators
5:00
Reception and Dinner - Legislators begin arriving at
the Freight Depot.
7:00
Bus begins departure to hotel. – 2 buses will alternate until
all have been delivered
7:00 – 11:30
Hospitality Room at Hotel opens - located on 2nd floor
