T-Ball Playing Guidelines
 General information
o All games will be on Saturdays
o Every game will be one hour
o Coaches are responsible for starting and ending promptly with
their assigned field times
o One umpire will be at each game to keep the games on schedule
o An inning shall end after all players have had a turn at bat
o We don’t keep score
 Playing rules
o We do not count outs in T-Ball
o All batters hit off the Tee
o On the third swing if the batter cannot put the ball in play, the
coach can help the player hit the ball
o Always encourage each batter as they hit
 Offense
o Every player on the team will get to bat
o Innings are one trip through the roster
o No on deck hitting
o There is no run maximum per inning. We do not keep score.
o There is to be no leadoff or stealing by the runners.
o Runners can only advance 1 base per hit ball.
 Defense
o All players will play defense
o No walks
 Bases will be 60 feet apart
