(April 15th-April 30th)
-Application PackageApplication Package includes the Adds stated below;
 General Information-1 (Add1.0):
o General Information about the Theatre Society and the play.
 General Information-2 (Add1.1):
o The mission-role information of the Theatre Society(Cast, Technical
Team, etc.)
 Text (Add2):
o Original text of the play that the applicant society is planning to
perform
o Stage by stage english summary of the play that the applicant society is
planning to perform.
 Press (Add3):
o Minimum 2 photos from the play or about the play that the applicant
Society is planning to perform. (High quality photos are required for
large imprints)
o 1 banner/poster of the play to be send prior to festival. Expenses
should be covered by sender (Minimum 50x70cm , desired
100x150cm)
o 1 university and/or society’s pennant(flag) to be send prior to festival.
 Video (Add4):
o A videolink (wetransfer,youtube,vimeo etc.) from the play that the
applicant Society is planning to perform. (Preferably in mp4 format,
min. resolution of 480p, max. length 5 minutes)

-Terms of Application












Each Group may take place in the Festival with one play.
Number of members of group is limited with 15 (technical crew included)
Applicants who want to take part in the festival accepts to perform at Akıngüç
Auditorium (Look at A.Auditorium Document for further info). The Festival
committee holds the right to change the venue if needed.
Inventive, innovative and liberal plays are preferable.
The conditions of practicability are important in terms of stage design.
The information stated in the application package should be brief and direct.
Application Packages with missing Adds will not be accepted.

Istanbul Kültür University Theatre Society-Kültürlü Replikler and Istanbul
Kültür University International “Prof. Cüneyt Gökçer” Theatre Festival holds
all the rights of using the materials provided by the applicants before and after
the Festival.
The Festival committee does NOT compensate your travelling expenses for
coming to and going from Istanbul. The Festival committee organizes and
compensates your accommodation, food, travelling inside Istanbul (AirportUniversity-Hotel) and possible festival related excursions.
Participant Society should state if someone in the group has specific needs
(acute disease, vegetarian, special care etc. )
Festival committee is responsible of the security of each group. Any demands
prior to their play won’t be accepted and committee has the right to cancel
their play if security is risked by doing so. (Like service for city center)
Festival committee will declare roommates if nothing stated with the
application package.
