Hello, how are you? I’m glad to see you. We have some guests in our class today. Turn back and say
hello, please. Sit down, please. Our lesson today is called “I’ve got a robot”. Today we are going to revise
active vocabulary of the unit. And here is the plan of our work. We start with checking your homework. I
asked you to read and try to learn by heart the rhyme “Where’s the jam?” Now, take your books, open them
on page 38. Ok, let’s read together.
Where’s the jam?
It’s everywhere!
On my ears,
On my hair,
On my mouth,
On my nose,
On my hands,
On my toes,
Round my eyes,
And in my tummy.
Yummy!
Good for you. Now, Danil, can you read the poem? Thank you. Lena, can you read, please? That’s
good. Who can say it by heart? You are welcome.
Some of the pupils had individual tasks. Anya, take our robot, come to the blackboard. Describe it.
Great! Sit down, please. Kira, take our robot, come to the blackboard. Well done!
Pupils, do you like their pictures and stories? I like your pictures.
2. Now look at the board. There are some robots and some sentences. You’re going to match the pictures and
the sentences. (There are pictures of the robots which are doing some activities and the phrases under them.
Ex. It can cook. It can dance. It can swim.). Children let’s read all the sentences together. Nice work.
Now look at my pictures (there are some cards with robots, the teacher pronounces the sentences about
the robots on the card) and listen to me. Get your hands ready. If it’s true, clap your hands. If it’s not, don’t
clap. Are you ready? (Ex. It’s got one head. It can read. It can clean the floor. It’s big.). Good for you!

(you have 5 minutes). (Pupils are doing the exercises where they should find the
necessary pronouns and find the right answer after listening the sentences).
Who has one mistake? Stand up, please. Two mistakes? Well done. Now, occupy
your places, please.
8. You’re going to read the text. Look at the picture and choose the right word in
brackets. Take the cards.
