energy efficient improvements.
Renew Energy Partners offers energy efficiency project development and
financing solutions to commercial, industrial and non-profit enterprises who
want to modernize inefficient buildings, reduce energy bills, and improve
conditions for tenants and employees by:
•  Replacing outdated systems, such as boilers, lighting, HVAC systems,
and uninsulated building shells, with energy efficient systems
•  Installing clean energy generation systems, such as solar or CHP
(combined heat and power)
A Solution that Meets Your Needs
Our third-party financing solution enables building owners to make
improvements without the need for upfront capital, and potentially
without adding debt to the balance sheet.
Through an efficiency services agreement (ESA) or a propertyassessed clean energy (PACE) agreement, Renew Energy Partners
will manage and fund 100% of the assessment, design, equipment,
and installation costs, as well as ongoing maintenance. In turn,
owners pay Renew Energy Partners for the savings achieved in
energy and operating costs.
A Closer Look at Our Model
A new, energy efficient boiler and other improvements for a multi-use
building could reduce energy costs by 50%. Rather than spend
$240,000 upfront, the building owner enters into an agreement to
have Renew Energy Partners finance the new system. The owner
pays Renew Energy Partners a service charge for the energy saved
over the duration of the agreement. When the term expires, the
owner has the option to purchase the equipment at fair market value
or renew the ESA.
