Chesapeake Energy becomes major
contributor to Safety Town

SHERIFF STEVE PRATOR
Chesapeake Energy Corporation became the most recent supporter of Sheriff's Safety Town by
committing $50,000 to the project's building fund.
Kevin McCotter, Chesapeake's corporate development director for Louisiana, and Paul Pratt and Sarie
Joubert, public affairs managers, presented the first installment of the donation - $10,000 - to Sheriff
Steve Prator during a gathering today at Safety Town. Chesapeake will have a classroom at Safety
Town named in its honor in recognition of the company's support.
