identifies the mother plant ID, cultivar name, date of arrival at the facility, date the woody indicators were grafted, test method, and
results for all tests under the agreement.

Note: Nursery stock should preferably be imported as cuttings, bud or graftwood, bulbs, tissue culture or pollen. If it is necessary to
import whole plants, they should be young, small and healthy. Roots must be washed clean of soil/sand/peat/compost before export.

Post Entry Quarantine Facility (PEQ)
All nursery stock that requires a permit to import must enter a PEQ facility on arrival in New Zealand as per the Import Health
