Note: Nursery stock should preferably be imported as cuttings, bud or graftwood, bulbs, tissue culture or pollen. If it is necessary to
import whole plants, they should be young, small and healthy. Roots must be washed clean of soil/sand/peat/compost before export.

All nursery stock that requires a permit to import must enter a PEQ facility on arrival in New Zealand as per the Import Health
