and more rewarding than ever!
Midyear is fast approaching, and we want to make sure you have all the latest details on our newest 2016 incentive
program for mid- to large-size brokers and consultants—the Triple Play.
The Triple Play new sales incentive program from Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, Inc. (Kaiser
Permanente) offers you a way to boost your sales and put some extra money in your pocket. This program only focuses on
new sales, and is designed to grow your book of business. You can earn up to $500 in on-the-spot rewards starting now
when you bring a Kaiser Permanente representative to your finalist meeting and win the account.
We’ve also sweetened the deal for you by offering an additional $75 for every subscriber enrolled in that new account.
That’s even more of an incentive to partner with your Kaiser Permanente representative to sell the highest-rated health
plan in the Mid-Atlantic.
The Triple Play new sales incentive program consists of the three parts outlined below:
1. The Finalist Presentation: Have your Kaiser Permanente representative join you for the finalist presentation with a
potential new client.
Reward: Visa® gift card (on-the-spot reward)
· Groups
51-100: $100
· Groups
101+: $250
2. The Win: Close the deal with the new client group as a direct result of partnering with your Kaiser Permanente
representative on the finalist presentation.
Reward: Visa® gift card (on-the-spot reward)
· Groups
51-100: $100
· Groups
101+: $250
3. The Enrollment: Earn even more for each new subscriber enrolled during the first enrollment period. This applies only to
the accounts won with your Kaiser Permanente representative.

Reward: $75 per subscriber paid (delivered at the standard commission payment time: the month following the sale)
· Groups 51+
Program starts with policies effective May 1 through December 1, 2016. All rewards are subject to sales management
approval. All Kaiser Permanente health plan products are eligible, including our HMO and Flexible Choice products.
