1. Feedback from engagement sessions with staff, parents,
pupils and partners is positive and constructive.
Clear rationale is written and communicated to all
stakeholders.
2. Evaluation of the curriculum model, evidence from new
faculty / department self-evaluation processes,
monitoring of course choice processes, tracking of
attainment and positive feedback from stakeholders
3. The number, range and quality of positive and sustained
destinations.
3. Engagement and partnerships with local employers to
support all pupils into sustained positive destinations.
4. A whole school audit of employer engagement will
provide a baseline to highlight the increase in
engagement and support.
