Curriculum (HGIOS 5.1) Our curriculum is flexible and dynamic, taking account of the principles of curriculum design, enabling all learners to find personalised pathways to meet their needs and providing opportunities for personal achievement. extent to which: 1. Learners are provided with the entitlement to a BGE and a senior phase which provides all entitlements within CfE and creates clear progression pathways to meet the needs of all pupils. 2. The quality of arrangements delivering universal and targeted support, including profiling to enable young people to make informed choices at key transition points. How are we measuring them? 1. Feedback from engagement sessions with staff, parents, pupils and partners is positive and constructive. Clear rationale is written and communicated to all stakeholders. 2. Evaluation of the curriculum model, evidence from new faculty / department self-evaluation processes, monitoring of course choice processes, tracking of attainment and positive feedback from stakeholders 3. The number, range and quality of positive and sustained destinations. 3. Engagement and partnerships with local employers to support all pupils into sustained positive destinations. 4. A whole school audit of employer engagement will provide a baseline to highlight the increase in engagement and support.
