Exhibitor must be registered in Indiana 4-H. 4-H Vaccination record form must be presented at
registration. Certified equestrian helmets are required. Show clothes are optional. Long sleeves,
pants, and heeled boots are mandatory. Please note rules in the Indiana 4-H Horse and Pony Handbook.

Entry Fee $2.00 per class
Office fee $2 per horse. Stalls available for $20 for with a $10 refund when cleaned. No additional stall fee if
staying for contesting show. (Stall fee waived if participate in 1 st/2nd Year Members Overnighter on May 19.)
