Introduction:
Development and Communication and learning in the teams are of the most important
points that must be provided in the collective difference. Because if there is the
possibility of communication in the team collectively with others, it builds good
relationships with others, leading to the development team to better through built
relationships with others. So this report will talk in this search for a simple
introduction about the importance of the subject, secondly about the importance of the
development team and will also talk about the principles of effective training, also
will talk about the stages of team development and the types of communication in
teams and other important elements which will be discussed in this topic.
Importance of Team Development
Team development is its importance to the success of the team to reach the desired
goal. To achieve the goal must first configure a number of committees and a per head
of the committee so that roles are split evenly. Causing there staff and make them
more activity and lead to better overall employment for the company. Secondly,
through the development of a strong difference between your workforces, you can
reduce some of the pressures that affect your employees, such as poor distribution of
the workload. On the other hand, may your business is witnessing an increase in the
size of the profits and productivity. Thirdly, it cannot be effective for teams to rise
and be successful in their level without doing any development in their skills. Some
examples are a company has several collective differences to the company special
status upgrade and a huge salary for the group that discovered or put some work or
new projects that benefit the company, so it should all teams work hard to win the
prize. Another example if there is a football team wants to get the trophy much the
team must be trained to be ready with playing any team no matter how powerful.
Effective Training Principles:
That effective training is dealing with the modalities and procedures and renderings,
and any in-service training does not result in qualitative changes in practices and
practical applications is a black box, with no reduction of the role of training in
building a knowledge base for trainees, and provide them with theories of new, and
give them a more visible to the new work, reflect the impact on practice.
Principles that characterize effective training, namely: First, targetable means to have
a specific goal unworkable. Second, continuity means to start with the functional life
of the individual and continues with him. Moreover, comprehensiveness the training
is addressed to employees at various administrative levels in the organization. Also,
gradient means start solving the easy problems and then gradient to what is the most
difficult. Finally, keep abreast of developments mean comes to satisfy the training
needs of workers with appropriate functional levels of current and projected. For
example, if there are team for the football. This team has some of effective training
principles. So if this team wants to the win for the matches and wants to get the
tournament, so they do more effort like training every day, fox in the matches and
there are no psychological pressures, so the team will be ready enough.
Stages in Team Development:
There is constant change occurs to the operations team and the way the interaction
between its members also there are different characteristics for each team to make it
different from the other, but that there are similar patterns in the early stages team
develops and changes: First, the formative stage begins when the first meeting after
their awareness of themselves as members of the team also identified some
characterized this stage caution and fear among members of the team for fear of nonacceptance of others. Second, the brainstorming stage and begins when the members
of the organization in violation and disagreement with some, begins the ongoing
debate on many issues, such as: roles and modus operandi, then back discomfort and
negative sentiment towards the start of some this is called the conflict. Third, the
customs building phase begins when there is a feeling of belonging to the team
members and increasing interdependence among the members of the team and relax to
work with some, getting a sense of belonging and shows the most important results of
this stage is cohesion. Fourth, the stage performance team starts work and efforts to
achieve its objectives and noted the following: completion of social relationships
between team members and understand and accommodate the roles required of each
member and a deep sense of commitment to the team members. Fifth, the stage of
disintegration apply to temporary non-permanent teams and until the end of the task
team disintegrate all goes back to his usual activities and sometimes occur this stage
of the permanent teams due to the withdrawal of its members or occur due to external
pressures. For example, in the some famous companies they don't successful just
coincidence no, they successful because they do all of this five stages.
Communication in Teams:
Communications teams are very important because a number of reasons. Perhaps one
of the main reasons behind the communication is important that communication takes
place in a team that does not help each other to understand each other through
effective communication and this method is very useful. In addition, there will be
communication in the team and everyone says his mind and says what he thinks, and
this helps to strengthen the relationship between us. So it will be a team like the heart
and one that is a good thing, so do communication in any difference is very important
provided. For example, (ask your boss appointed team leader to prevent a power
struggle between the team members. Allow the leader to create a map and schedule
meetings and progress reports).
Team Learning:
Group will have a collective learner better if each and every one of the team leader
and listen to his instructions and this is one of the important ways to learn because he
feels responsible, because if each and every one of the team do what the leader says
that would be easier to learn faster and clearly. For example, suppose there is a
football team. If all the players what the coach listens and instructed to do so, each of
the players has more benefits and learn more. (Learning is a team learning
conditioning procedure originally proposed in the UK by Evans rag many years ago
and discovered recently by organizational development consultants in the United
States of America).
Conclusion:
This report talk about the importance of the development, communication and
collective learning in teams to provide a simple introduction and clarify the
importance of developing team also explained the principles of effective
communication as well as talked about the stages of development of the team and
what are the collective communication in teams and finally what learning team.
Therefore the summary of the report is that the development, communication and
collective learning in teams are very important in our lives and also important to keep
these things in our lives tend. Therefore it is very important to develop and improve
our skills by listening to the commander, and carries out his instructions to learn
easily and at high speed at the same time so that everyone understands exactly what
leader said. Consultation in the team is very important for everyone says his opinion
even in the development, communication and learning and this is very important, and
we must not stop everyone know it.
