Bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you. 5. 1948 returned as a Nation after WWI Ezekiel 38:1-4 1 This is another message that came to me from the Lord: 2 “Son of man, prophesy against Gog of the land of Magog, the prince who rules over the nations of Meshech and Tubal. 3 Give him this message from the Sovereign Lord: Gog, I am your enemy! 4 I will turn you around and put hooks into your jaws to lead you out to your destruction. Ezekiel 38:8-9 8 A long time from now you will be called into action. In the distant future you will swoop down on the land of Israel, which will be lying in peace after her recovery from war and after the return of her people from many lands. 9 You and all your allies—a vast and awesome horde— will roll down on them like a storm and cover the land like a cloud. How did Arab spring came about? Daniel 2:20- 21 saying, “Praise the name of God forever and ever, for he alone has all wisdom and power. 21 He determines the course of world events; he removes kings and sets others on the throne. Ezekiel 38:11-12 (Clue) 11 You will say, ‘Israel is an unprotected land filled with unwalled villages! I will march against her and destroy these people who live in such confidence! 12 I will go to those once-desolate cities that are again filled with people who have returned from exile in many nations. Ezekiel 38:13 (Clue) 13 But Sheba and Dedan and the merchants of Tarshish will ask, ‘Who are you to rob them of silver and gold? Who are you to drive away their cattle and seize their goods and make them poor?’ Ezekiel 39:17-18 (Clue) 17 “And now, son of man, call all the birds and wild animals, says the Sovereign Lord. Say to them: Gather together for my great sacrificial feast. Come from far and near to the mountains of Israel, and there eat the flesh and drink the blood! 18 Eat the flesh of mighty men and drink the blood of princes as though they were rams, lambs, goats, and fat young bulls of Bashan! Ezekiel 39:12-15 (Clue) 12 It will take seven months for the people of Israel to cleanse the land by burying the bodies. 13 Everyone in Israel will help, for it will be a glorious victory for Israel when I demonstrate my glory on that day, says the Sovereign Lord. 14 At the end of the seven months, special crews will be appointed to search the land for any skeletons and to bury them, so the land will be made clean again. 15 Whenever some bones are found, a marker will be set up beside them so the burial crews will see them and take them to be buried in the Valley of Gog’s Hordes. Isaiah 17:1-2 (CLUE) 1 This message came to me concerning Damascus: “Look, Damascus will disappear! It will become a heap of ruins. 2 The cities of Aroer will be deserted. Sheep will graze in the streets and lie down unafraid. There will be no one to chase them away. Who is ASAPH? 1. Worship leader-1Chronicles 16:4 2. Seer-2 Chronicles 29:30 3. He wrote 13 of the Psalms- 12, 50, 73-83 4. What did ASAPH ask God to do? (Clue) Psalms 83:1-18? 1 O God, don’t sit idly by, silent and inactive! 2 Don’t you hear the tumult of your enemies? Don’t you see what your arrogant enemies are doing? 3 They devise crafty schemes against your people, laying plans against your precious ones. 4 “Come,” they say, “let us wipe out Israel as a nation. We will destroy the very memory of its existence.” 5 This was their unanimous decision. 6 They signed a treaty as allies against you— 7 these Edomites and Ishmaelites, Moabites and Hagrites, Gebalites, Ammonites, and Amalekites, and people from Philistia and Tyre. 8 Assyria has joined them, too, and is allied with the descendants of Lot. 9 Do to them as you did to the Midianites or as you did to Sisera and Jabin at the Kishon River. 10 They were destroyed at Endor, and their decaying corpses fertilized the soil. 11 Let their mighty nobles die as Oreb and Zeeb did. Let all their princes die like Zebah and Zalmunna, 12 for they said, “Let us seize for our own use these pasturelands of God!” 13 O my God, blow them away like whirling dust, like chaff before the wind! 14 As a fire roars through a forest and as a flame sets mountains ablaze, 15 chase them with your fierce storms; terrify them with your tempests. 16 Utterly disgrace them until they submit to your name, O Lord. 17 Let them be ashamed and terrified forever. Make them failures in everything they do, 18 until they learn that you alone are called the Lord, that you alone are the Most High, supreme over all the earth. What is the Hamas Charter? Good vs. Evil Revelation 13:5-7 5 Then the beast was allowed to speak great blasphemies against God. And he was given authority to do what he wanted for forty-two months. 6 And he spoke terrible words of blasphemy against God, slandering his name and all who live in heaven, who are his temple. 7 And the beast was allowed to wage war against God’s holy people and to overcome them. And he was given authority to rule over every tribe and people and language and nation. Ezekiel 38:13 13 But Sheba and Dedan and the merchants of Tarshish will ask, ‘Who are you to rob them of silver and gold? Revelation 19:19-21 19 Then I saw the beast gathering the kings of the earth and their armies in order to fight against the one sitting on the horse and his army. 20 And the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who did mighty miracles on behalf of the beast—miracles that deceived all who had accepted the mark of the beast and who worshiped his statue. Both the beast and his false prophet were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur. 21 Their entire army was killed by the sharp sword that came out of the mouth of the one riding the white horse. And all the vultures of the sky gorged themselves on the dead bodies. Revelations 16:15-21 15 “Take note: I will come as unexpectedly as a thief! Blessed are all who are watching for me, who keep their robes ready so they will not need to walk naked and ashamed.” 16 And they gathered all the rulers and their armies to a place called Armageddon in Hebrew. 17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air. And a mighty shout came from the throne of the Temple in heaven, saying, “It is finished!” 18 Then the thunder crashed and rolled, and lightning flashed. And there was an earthquake greater than ever before in human history 19 The great city of Babylon split into three pieces, and cities around the world fell into heaps of rubble. And so God remembered all of Babylon’s sins, and he made her drink the cup that was filled with the wine of his fierce wrath. 20 And every island disappeared, and all the mountains were leveled. 21 There was a terrible hailstorm, and hailstones weighing seventy-five pounds* fell from the sky onto the people below. They cursed God because of the hailstorm, which was a very terrible plague.
