Dear MR T M BRODIE,
Reference: YCU Everyday Choice
The Your Credit Union - YCU and Auswide Bank merger is approaching its closing stage! You are receiving
this letter because at the time of writing YCU records indicate you have an active YCU transaction
account.
The teams at Auswide Bank and YCU have been working to review each organisation’s products and systems.
Where an Auswide Bank and YCU account are similar our goal has been to merge these into one, ensuring
the best products are available to all our customers.
As a result of our review we will merge your YCU transaction account into an Auswide Bank Everyday Choice
(S1) account from 1st October 2016. After this date you will be able to transact on your new account using
online, card and face to face banking.
The system integration^ will result in the below changes to your account from 1st October 2016, as well as
those detailed in the IMPORTANT INFORMATION attached.

Your YCU Alternate Reference number 12345678 will become Auswide Bank’s

arranging new payments to or from your account after this date. While some YCU
account holders may have used their member number to arrange payments in the
past, your XREF number is recognised by banks and payment providers and will
ensure that payments are specifically directed to or from the above account.
Auswide Bank offers a range of transaction, savings and specialised deposit accounts suited to a variety of
purposes so if you wish to change your new account type, please contact us after 1st October 2016 to
discuss the other options available to you and we will be pleased to assist.
