Equipment: 2 Butterfly green tables, 5 Donic green tables will be used. Courts will
be partially barriered. Only USATT approved equipment may be used. Hard wood
floor. Butterfly orange three star balls.
Format: 11 point games, 3 of 5, RR Groups of 8 players Phone (information only,

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all USATT members. USATT memberships are available on
this entry form. Members must provide proof of current membership or purchase a
membership or tournament pass.
Unrated players will be assigned groups by tournament directors and are not eligible
for money or prizes.

Ratings as of Friday May 22nd. Rating cutoff for morning and afternoon
sessions may be modified depending on turnout and ratings of the
players. All groups will be limited to 8 players. All entries must be paid in full in
order to be entered. All matches start on time. Please report 30 min before your
event start time (EST). Tournament Director reserves the right to modify or cancel

abide by all USATT regulations and rules and the decisions of the referee
