XLSW Team Sign Up Policies Agreement

1) By enrolling yourself, your team or your child at XL Soccer World, you understand that I/he/she attending any
soccer program and using the facilities do(es) so at my his/her own risk. XL Soccer World and its owners, employees
and agents shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained
by myself or my family in or about any programs on the premises.
You assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which may occur in or about any premises and you fully
and forever release, discharge and hold harmless XL Soccer World, all associated facilities, and its owners,
employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present or future resulting from
or arising out of any person’s participation in any programs or use of its facilities.
You also grant the staff of XL Soccer World the authority to render judgment concerning medical assistance or
hospital care in the event of an accident or illness.
2) Beginning January 1 2013. A credit card will be required for deposit by all team captains or persons responsible
for their registration. All team registrations must be paid in full prior to the start of the first game of the season. A $50
late fee will be imposed on all late team payments for each week past due up to the third game of the season. After
the third game of the season, the captain’s credit card will be charged the full balance plus any late fees. We won’t be
responsible for any overdraft fee that occurred from drafting your account. The team will also be subject to forfeiture of
its remaining games.
3) All payments are non-refundable and credits will be issued only under special circumstances.
4) All team fees are required in full regardless of the number of players on any team.
5) Any teams who have a "No Show" without 24 hours advanced warning to XLSW will be subject to a $50 penalty and
a possible forfeiture of any remaining games.
6) Team rosters must be turned in prior to the start of the first game. Players can be added up to the third game of the
season.
7) XLSW reserves the right to eject any team from our premises who verbally or physically abuse any member of staff,
referees or opposing players and their fans.
8) If a game is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule games. Unfortunately with
our tight schedule our seasons are usually back to back with very little room for additional games.
