College Possible is currently recruiting to fill AmeriCorps and VISTA positions for Fall 2017! By serving
with College Possible, Service Corps members assist low-income high school students in earning
admission into college and in succeeding while they work towards a degree. Over 260 new AmeriCorps
and VISTA members will be selected to start in the fall in the Twin Cities, Milwaukee, Omaha, Portland,
Chicago and Philadelphia! The upcoming Winter/Spring application deadlines are February 19th and

As an organization, College Possible has achieved measurable success due to the idealism and hard work
of their amazing Service Corps members. To date, 98% of their graduating seniors have been admitted
to college, and their students graduate from college at rates 4 times higher than their peers! If chosen to
serve with College Possible, you will know that you are making real and quantifiable impacts on
students’ lives as they apply to and attend college.
While serving with College Possible, Service Corps members have the opportunity to gain valuable
nonprofit experience and network to launch their careers. Every year AmeriCorps members become
connected to an immediate social network of like-minded, idealistic recent graduates.
If you are interested in serving with College Possible, there are a variety of positions available! You could
directly support low-income high school students as they study for the ACT/SAT, apply to college and
secure financial aid. College Possible also has positions that assist those same students while they work
towards a college degree.
