Insurance Benefits
Health Insurance
We offer health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. The
coverage choices are:
Employee only .............................. premium is $75 per month
Employee + Spouse....................... premium is $438 per month
Employee + Children..................... premium is $334 per month
Family............................................ premium is $632 per month
Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is available through Delta Dental. The coverage choices are:
Employee only...............................paid for entirely by the Firm
Employee + Spouse...................... premium is $40 per month
Employee + Children.................... premium is $40 per month
Family............................................premium is $79 per month
Vision Insurance
Vision insurance is available through VSP. The coverage choices are:
Employee only ..............................premium is $7.36 per month

Flexible Benefit Plan
We have a flexible benefits program, which allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for
certain medical and dependent care expenses. There are three components of our flexible
benefits program:
 Medical Spending Account—the annual maximum you can contribute to this account
is $2,550.
o We allow up to $500 to carry over into the next plan year if all funds
are not used by December 31.
 Dependent Care Spending Account—the annual maximum is $5,000.
 Premium Conversion—we automatically deduct your portion of the health, dental
and/or vision insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis.
You may enroll in the Flex Plan within 30 days of hire and then every January 1
thereafter.
Life Insurance
The Firm provides, at no cost to you, group life insurance and accidental death and
dismemberment insurance for you and your family. Your coverage is one and one-half
times your annual compensation to a maximum of $150,000. The Firm provides a $2,000
policy on spouses and a $1,000 policy for eligible dependents. Supplemental life
insurance is available to purchase for you, your spouse and/or your dependents.

401(k) Plan
You may defer a portion of your salary into the 401(k)
plan, subject to IRS limitations. You will be able to enroll
in the 401(k) plan immediately.
Certifications/Designations
We provide a one-time allowance (up to $1,500) toward
the attainment of a certification or designation.
Additionally, we have partnered with Becker CPA Review
and are able to offer staff a discount on courses and
options for payment of registration fees. We also have a
bonus incentive structure to encourage staff to pass the
CPA exam early on in their career.
The firm has an automatic enrollment provision as part of
the 401(k) plan. Unless you complete the online
enrollment process, you will be automatically enrolled to
contribute three percent beginning on your first paycheck.
Profit Sharing
The Firm has a profit sharing contribution, which occurs
yearly in January. To be eligible for the plan, you must
have attained the age of 21, complete 12 months of
employment (during which you work at least 1,000 hours),
and must be employed by the Firm on December 31. If
you meet the eligibility requirements, the Firm will
contribute an amount equal to four percent of your annual
compensation into the profit sharing plan on January 15 of
the following year. Each year the requirements are
reassessed to be sure you are still eligible for the
contribution. There is a five-year vesting schedule for the
profit sharing contributions.
Time Away From Work
Paid Time Off
You will accrue 13.33 hours per month, which is four
weeks per year. The accrual increases according to your
position within the Firm and length of service.
Holidays
We recognize the following holidays: New Year’s Day;
Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day;
Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve
Day (or other religious holiday) and Christmas Day (or
other religious holiday).
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Eide Bailly’s commitment to furthering your education is
enhanced by our tuition reimbursement program. Upon
prior approval and receipt of a grade “B” or better, the
Firm will reimburse your tuition costs for up to $2,500 per
fiscal year. You are eligible for this benefit after one year
of service.
Employee Assistance Program
In this day and age there are many stressors in our lives.
To help you cope with day-to-day problems, or major life
crises, the Firm offers confidential and professional
counseling services through the Village Family Service
Center.
Referral Program
We are always searching for talented individuals to join
our staff. Our referral program offers a cash reward for
recommending friends, family and colleagues who join
Eide Bailly.
Travel Insurance
This is a $50,000 life and disability accident insurance
policy for business travel paid for entirely by the Firm.
Promotional Item Discount
Our staff is offered opportunities to purchase a variety of
Eide Bailly promotional items at a 20 percent discount.
Parental Leave
To help maintain that balance during some of the most
important transitions in life, the Firm will offer one week
of paid parental leave following the birth or adoption of a
child.
Commitment to Wellness
We encourage our staff to maintain an active, healthy
lifestyle. To support this, Eide Bailly will reimburse you a
portion of your eligible fitness expenses, weight loss
program participation, and/or smoking cessation products.
Disability Insurance
Savvy Benefits
Savvy Benefits provides you access to telemedicine
through Teledoc, which is a national network of U.S.
board-certified doctors available on-demand 24/7 to
diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication if necessary for
many of your medical issues. You do not need to
participate in Eide Bailly’s health insurance in order to
utilize this benefit and will be eligible to you, your spouse,
and eligible dependents.
Short-Term Disability
The Firm offers short-term disability at no cost to you.
This benefit provides income replacement in the event of
your own serious health condition. Coverage is available
after a seven-consecutive-calendar-day elimination period
with a payment of 66 2/3 percent of your base wages. Staff
members are eligible for seven weeks of maternity leave
paid at 100%.
Long-Term Disability Program
The Firm offers long-term disability coverage at no cost to
you. This coverage is available after a 90-day waiting
period. It provides coverage for 60 percent of your
monthly compensation to a max of $8,000 per month.
