Show Racism the Red Card National Schools Competition This competition runs every year from and is an accessible and engaging way for pupils to think about issues surrounding racism. For more information please visit: http://www.theredcard.org/educational/competitions/england Action Plans You will have been given a copy of Show Racism the Red Card’s Action Plan. This is designed to help young people think about what they have learned during the workshop and what they can now do to combat racism. Please encourage the young people to complete this action plan. Show Racism the Red Card would be delighted to receive some of these back or provide prizes for the best one. Postcards Your pupils have been given Show Racism the Red Card postcards. We ask pupils who have taken action against racism since the workshop to write down exactly how they have done this on the back of the postcard and send them back to us. This action against racism could be anything from making an anti-racist poster or poem to finding out about another culture or religion. Please encourage your pupils to do this.
