Extreme Blue Proposal 2015 Title: Watson Content Analytics for Insurance Units and executive sponsor: GBS, Analytics Mentors: Mascha Lentz, Johannes Forster, Matthias Quaisser Summary: In this Extreme Blue Project, students will design and implement an innovative text analysis application using IBM Watson Content Analytics, creating linguistic annotators in German language. The solution will be a milestone in computer linguistics applied to real customer data of a leading insurance company in Germany. It shall help to automatically read and understand incoming customer e-mails, identifying the semantics and sentiments of the writers, e. g. complaints.
