Title: Watson Content Analytics for Insurance

Summary:
In this Extreme Blue Project, students will design and implement an innovative text analysis application using IBM Watson
Content Analytics, creating linguistic annotators in German language. The solution will be a milestone in computer
linguistics applied to real customer data of a leading insurance company in Germany. It shall help to automatically read and
understand incoming customer e-mails, identifying the semantics and sentiments of the writers, e. g. complaints.

Business Value:
- Create one of the first use cases and references for text interpretation by machines in the German insurance industry
