It’s game on! Join our Try For 5 Team We all know we should eat 5 serves of veggies a day – but did you know the average person only eats HALF that much? Let’s take the pledge to eat more veg with the Try For 5 Challenge! To join TEAM NAME 1. Go to www.nutritionaustralia.org 2. Follow the links to National Nutrition Week 3. Register for the Try For 5 Team Game Nutrition Australia will inspire you with daily emails containing recipes, tips and ideas! 4. Enter team name __________________ 5. Complete the form and pay online. It’s just $15pp to play and every sign up helps raise funds for Nutrition Australia’s work to inspire healthy eating in early childhood, schools and local communities! Join up to TEAM NAME today. How to play 1. Record your veg intake on the ‘HealthChase’ mobile site. Play anywhere, anytime, on any device. 2. Earn points for TEAM NAME just by eating vegetables – the more colours the better – and rack up individual achievement awards too. (There’s also bonus challenges, to motivate you just that little bit more!) 3. Stay connected and motivate each other in the Team Chat, and share pictures on the team Photo Board. 4. Track your progress on the Live Scoreboard. It’s the fun and social way to Try For 5 a day! Game structure Many Teams will play against each other in a Game, and multiple Games will run throughout National Nutrition Week. (If you have only one team) Nutrition Australia will choose the other teams we play against. (If you have chosen to play against specific teams) TEAM NAME 1, TEAM NAME 2, TEAM NAME 3 will play against each other in a Game. At the end of the week the highest scoring Team from each Game will be honoured on Nutrition Australia’s Pot Of Gold leader board (Eat a rainbow, pot of gold - get it?). www.nutritionaustralia.org
