Each double-page spread includes simple,
charming and colorful illustrations of
twenty-four different animals, including
giraffe, chameleon, kangaroo, dog and
elephant. The animals are lined up in four
rows and six columns, and each animal is
in the same place on every spread
(mostly) but something changes. At the
top of each spread there's a question:
"Who's afraid of mice?" or "Who's
changed color?" or even, "Who's
pooped?" which asks readers to study the
animals and notice the tiny differences
among them.
From learning the names of animals to recognizing different expressions, to identifying mood,
