*A changeover of a recipe*
Paprika sauce (originally Chicken in a paprika sauce)
Ingredients to serve 4-6 people: 1 onion chopped, 2 cloves of garlic crushed, 2 tsp. of paprika, 1-2 cups of cooked
kidney beans (or any other type), 1 red or yellow pepper chopped, 2 tomatoes (peeled if you prefer), 2 tbsp. of tomato
paste, salt, 100ml of soy creamer, cup of oat milk, potato starch, salt to taste, red pepper flakes (optional).
Caramelise an onion in a bit of water, add garlic, tomato paste and paprika and cook on low heat until it becomes
aromatic. Add tomatoes chopped into pieces, pepper, beans, cream and milk and cook until the vegetables are soft.
Add salt and a little bit of milk with mixed potato starch to thicken the sauce.
You see, it’s easy! You’ll use the spices you’re used to, replace meat with legumes or veggies and dairy creamer with
a plant alternative. And Voila! Not even your mum will know that anything has changed.

Well done! Great job. I can’t wait to hear what your family and friends thought about your cooking. But
Psssst, don’t tell them anything in advance. Only after they thank you for the delicious meal, reveal your
secret. 
