E 01/23/14 Page 2 of 25 PREFACE The purpose of this worksheet is to capture FCWnx system information from each customer to assist in migration planning to OnGuard. This worksheet has 2 sections: Software Audit Hardware Audit Lenel will provide the VAR with a quotation for any hardware replacements. Customers must be running FCWnx 7.7 in order to use the standard one-time cardholder migration tool to convert cardholder data from FCWnx to OnGuard, however there are solutions for customers running older versions of FCWnx, Secure Perfect, Diamond/Diamond II, Sapphire, Summit and Topaz. Customers with legacy versions of FCWnx, Secure Perfect, Diamond/Diamond II, Sapphire, Summit and Topaz systems may still use this worksheet, although some reports and screen shots will be different. Customers with an active SSA will receive OnGuard software with equal license capacities free of charge. This does NOT include 3rd party software, such as Windows 2008 Server, SQL Server, Crystal Reports Server if customer writing their own reports, and NEC Express WAN software for server redundancy. It is the responsibility of the customer or VAR to maintain a database backup of all necessary programs, scripts, and files that are part of the custom code. In addition, if the code needs to be modified for compatibility with OnGuard, it is the responsibility of the customer or VAR to ensure that all modifications are made prior to the migration. Note: PX and PXN CPUs will not run the OCF firmware. Those CPU boards must be replaced with the PXNplus or Lenel M Series. As part of that micro board upgrade, the other option boards must also be reviewed for compatibility with a PXNplus. The chart below describes how to check for the version of the option boards. Use the “PX/PXN Micro List” on the next page to assist in the completion of this section. Check the white stickers on the board. If the option board contains a 4- or 5-digit numeric date code, it is compatible with the PXNplus CPU and does NOT need to be replaced. If the option board shows a 2-digit alpha date code, refer to the table below for the minimum level required.* Minimum Board Level Required for use with PXNplus CPU Board Option Board Part Number Date Code* Power/Comm 110064001 IZ 9/22/1999 2 RP 110063001 DY 4/15/1998 2 SRP 110101501 8 RP 110100501 FY 6/23/1998 20 DI 110072003 IX 9/2/1997 16 DO 110071001 GZ 7/6/1999 16 DOR 110078001 No minimum required Backplane 110061001 Revision C No minimum required The first letter identifies the month where A=Jan, B=Feb, and so on.
