To enroll at University of Portland, submit a $400 enrollment confirmation deposit with this form. $100 of your
$400 deposit will be used as your housing deposit. Please note that all freshmen are required to live on
campus. Contact the Office of Residence Life with questions. Enrollment confirmations received after
these postmark dates will be accepted on a space-available basis: November 15 (Spring semester); May 1
(summer session); May 1 (Fall semester). Confirmation must be received prior to registering for courses.
