It’s Not All in Your Head! When we are stressed or upset or thinking wild thoughts, when life becomes too
challenging and we just want to hide in bed, we say things like “I think I’m losing my mind!” Traditional talk
therapies rely heavily on the mind for making changes and insight is important. There are other pathways to
healing ourselves. Our bodies carry lots of information, ingrained patterns of responding to our environment,
and when we are stressed, let’s face it, it is the BODY that is feeling it. Come experience a little bit of
bioenergetics, a system of psychotherapy that includes the body in the therapy space. Let’s do a little moving,
