On an electriccart,placetheTOWRUN switchin TOW position.
RemovethreeTorx headscrewsto removeignitionswitchpanel.
Drill 3/8-inchholein indentationadjacentto the switch.
Removeknob,nut andwasherfrom push-pullswitchfoundon theharnessandpushit throughthe 3/8-inch
hole. Replacethe knob.
5. Locatethe powerrelay(4-wiresattached-seePicturel) andsecureit to the dash(existingholes)with two
number4 X 3/8-inchscrewssupplied. (For DeluxeandUltimateLight Kits only.)
6. Plug l2-pin connectors
together.(Onefrom thecartandthe otherfrom the harness.)
7. Pushthe 6-pin connectorthroughthe hole (pictured)for theheadlight.

I 1. Horn Installation:On the driver'sside,locatethebolt holdingthe cowl to the frame. It is nextto thetop
shockmount. Removethebolt andattachthe Horn Bracketwith the bolt youjust removed.(SeePicture3.)

a horizontalline. Fromthe edgeof the ba.gwell measurehorizontally2 l/ -inchesandCrarva vertica!!ine.
At the intersectionof the two lines,markwith a centerpunch. Usea I ll2-inch hole sawto drill thehole.
After drilling the hole,look insideto locatethe cart'stail light connector.Pull it throughthe holeandplug in
thetail light. Pushall wiring into the hole.
t 4 . Thoroughlycleanthe areaof the cartwherethetapeon thetail light will be sticking. Removetheprotective
coveringfrom the doublesidedtapeon thebackofthe tail light, andpositionthe tail light sothat it restson
thebumperandthe wide edgealignswith the bagwell.

15. BrakeSwitchInstallation:(Deluxeor Ultimatepackages.)Removerubbermat andlocatefnger holein plastic panelfoundbetweenbrakepedalandbatterycompartment.Lift out panelto locatebrakelinkageandbrake
adjustment.Find smallnotchedbracketin theharnesskit (3/4-inchx I l/2-inch ) andattachto brakeadjustmentasseenin Picture5.
16. Locatespringswitchandbracket(assembled)
andusetwo self-tappingscrewsto mountbracketl/4 inchbelow floor board(to allow for floor panelto be seatedproperly)andpositionedsothatwhenthe brakepedalis
depressed
the springswitchis activated.(SeePicture5.)
17. Installingthetimer and 10-ampcircuitbreaker:Circuitbreakerhasa two-prongedconnectorthatplugsinto
the springswitch. Underthe floor board,oppositefrom mountedspringswitch,locatea tan, ared,anda black
wire. Thetan wire hasa malebullet connectorwhichyou connectto thebrownwire on the timer. Thered
wire hasa femalebullet connectorthat is to be attachedto the red wire on the circuit breaker. The black wire
with a spadeconnectorplugsinto the #3 spadeon thetimer. (Adjacentto red wire on timer.) UseVelcroto
attachthe timer andbreakerasshownin Picture6.

1 8 .To powertheharnessseePicture7: In the wiring kit locatea circuitbreakerwith onelong andoneshort#12
blue wire. Removethe seatandremovethe centerconsolebetweenthebatteries.Locateblue wire coming
from the batteryand connectit to the shortblue wire from the circuit breaker. The long blue wire from the
circuitbreakerattaches
to the bluewire underthe console.You havelights!
