Instructions
Registrars may only send official transcripts from their own schools. Transcripts from other schools cannot be forwarded by the
NAIA institution (with the exception of international academic document - refer to the International Recruits webpage on the
PlayNAIA website for details about sending international records.)
Students should be registered with the NAIA Eligibility Center before official records are sent. Transcripts must be sent directly
from the registrar to the NAIA Eligibility Center. Have the Director of Athletics complete the section of the cover page related to
athletic competition first, and then the academic section should be completed by the registrar’s office and submitted with the
student’s official transcript to the NAIA Eligibility Center.
Faxed or emailed transcripts are not accepted. Documents sent by the department of athletics are not accepted.
