2016 Student Scholarship Application Form

2016 Student Scholarship Application Form
Deadline: February 15, 2016
Each year, the Glass Art Society recognizes the achievements and potential of those members
currently enrolled as full-time students in undergraduate and graduate programs. Applications are
evaluated by a professional jury, and selected students are awarded scholarships to enable them
attend the annual GAS conference in order to learn, connect, and grow as artists.
Scholarships in 2016 will provide financial support to students planning to attend the 45th annual GAS
conference in Corning, NY from June 9-11, 2016. A total of $5,000 USD will be awarded through general
scholarships to select eligible applicants, and one Becky Winship Flameworking Scholarship ($1,000 USD)

To be eligible to apply, students must be enrolled full-time in a degree-granting program, be current student
