Art-A-Licious International Evening – Friday September 18, 2015
Hello All!
This letter comes to you to request your restaurant’s participation in this year’s Art-A-Licious
International Evening on Friday September 18, 2015. The International Evening celebrates the
flavors of our community with incredible food, music and culture! This event is the festival’s main
fundraiser and we are pleased to give our local restaurants the opportunity to highlight their
international cuisine and, at the same time, support the festival and the arts in Lenawee County!
The entertainment scheduled for Friday night will include The Diggers, which features unique Irish
music, and we also added Millie’s Polka Band as well which highlights some Czech sound. Then
we end the evening with local favorites Los Hermanos Villegas with Tejano sounds for your listening
pleasure.
I do hope you will agree to join us, as a participating sponsor restaurant, for our 9th Annual Art-ALicious Friday International Night food event. This year’s event will be held on Friday, September
18, from 6-8pm, in the Food Tent, located on Maumee St., in downtown Adrian, MI.
We are asking each participating sponsor restaurant to prepare, donate and serve enough food to
provide a taste of their menu specialty to approximately 150-200 guests during the Friday event.
The committee will work closely with each participating restaurant to assist in creating a unique and
varied menu for the evening’s fare as we want everyone to have a fun and delicious experience!
Tickets will be sold for $10 per person, which will allow each ticket holder five “tastes” from inside
the tent during the fundraiser.
As an event sponsor, your restaurant will receive name exposure in all printed, web-based and
radio-related International Evening marketing pieces and special public relation events leading up to
and during the Art-A-Licious Festival. Further, each restaurant will receive space within the Food
Tent, including two 8’ tables, name banner, linens, and access to electricity, during the event.
The entire Art-A-Licious Festival committee looks forward to sharing the excitement of our
