Instructions: Accept/Decline
Accepting Admission: In order to accept admission to CSUB you will first need to Log in to your myCSUB
account.
Once at the student center you will see the accept decline feature at the bottom right of your student
center under Admissions. Click on the Accept or Decline link to Accept or Decline your offer of
Admission.

If you decide to Accept Admission to CSU Bakersfield Simply click on the Accept/Decline link.
Once you have clicked on Accept/Decline you will be taken to a window where you will be prompted to
make a choice to either Accept Admission or Decline Admission.

If you decide to Accept Admission to CSU- Bakersfield, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance.
Once you have accepted Admission a conformation message will display.
Please note that once you have Accepted Admission to CSU Bakersfield you will not be able to reverse
this process manually. Clicking once more on Accept/Decline will prompt the following message.

If you decide to Decline Admission to CSU- Bakersfield, you will be asked to confirm your choice of
Declining Admission.
Once you have Declined Admission you will be asked to complete a voluntary survey question asking
your reason for not enrolling to CSU-Bakersfield.
