• If your fines are not paid off before seat selection on 5/19 you could be in
jeopardy of not choosing.

2016-2017 Diploma Name Verification
• Your received a card when you entered the auditorium. It is very important
that you look at your name on the card and know that this is the name that
will be printed on your diploma.
• Remember your diploma is a legal document, it should match your
birth certificate and needs to be accurate. Please sign your name if
this is correct and make NEAT changes if it is incorrect. You will
need to bring documentation in to change this name if needed.
• We want your diploma and your transcript to match for legal records.

• Any scholarship awards or college acceptance letters need to be brought to
Mr. Brown in Student Services so that you receive your honor cord for
Scholarships and have your name in the program for earning $$.

classes !!
• Complete any credit retrieval or make up classes before the May 19th seat
selection so you can chose who you want to sit by at graduation.
