HOUSE RULES

Daycare is available Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Pick-up and drop-off times on Saturday and
Sunday are 9 AM to 5 PM for dogs boarding with us. Holiday hours are also 9 AM to 5 PM for pick-up and
drop-off. Daycare services not available on holidays.

For dogs boarding, pick up by 11 AM. If picked up after 11 AM, then it will be considered as a half-day stay; if
picked up after 3 PM then it will be considered as a full-day stay, in addition to the overnight boarding.

If dog is picked up after business hours a $20 late fee will apply per dog.

Dog food must be provided by owner for dog’s well being. House kibble is available for $3/meal

Every pet staying at Mr. Muggles’ Dogs needs to have completed a guest profile before his/her first stay. This
profile is designed so that we can get to know your pet on a personal level. Mr. Muggles’ Dogs wants to know
how your pet engages with people, understand his/her preferences in being handled, get to know about
his/her personality and utilize the profile information to determine what playgroup suits his/her best needs.

Our 10 pack and 20 pack has an expiration date of 90 days after 1 st use. The monthly pack expires 30 days
after 1st use and is not applicable on weekends.

All guests must be vaccinated for Bordetella, DAPP, and Rabies. Proof of vaccinations is required prior to stay
at Mr. Muggles’ Dogs.

Guests over 8 months must be spayed or neutered, unless dismissed by vet.

We walk dogs twice a day during your dog’s stay at Mr. Muggles’ Dogs. Please be aware that many hazards
such as traffic, people or other dogs may pose threat during the walks; you as owner assume all risk involved
during the walks and may not hold Mr. Muggles’ Dogs responsible for any loss or injury. If you would like us
not to walk your dog, please let our staff know.

Guests cannot have had a communicable illness of any kind for 30 days prior to check in. We reserves the right
to refuse services to any dog due to illness, flea or tick issues.

Guests staying at Mr. Muggles’ Dogs must possess a temperament that allows Mr. Muggles’ Dogs staff
members to be able to care for them. Pets cannot pose a danger to staff members, other guests, and other
dogs.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
OWNER ACKNOWLEDGES AND IS AWARE THAT DOGS MAY AT TIMES PLAY AND AS RESULT HAVE CONFLICT AND
FIGHTS. WHILE OUR STAFF WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO PREVENT SUCH ACTIVITY, ANY INJURY TO DOG IS OWNER’S
RESPONSIBILTY AND MR. MUGGLES’ DOGS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE. THE EMPLOYEES OF MR. MUGGLES’ DOGS ARE
NOT EXPECTED TO DIAGNOSE OR DETECT ILLNESSESS IN THE PETS THAT ARE STAYING AT MR. MUGGLES’ DOGS. IN
ADDITION, OWNER ACKNOWLEDGES AND IS AWARE THAT VACCINES DO NOT PROTECT AGAINST ALL
COMMUNICABLE ILLNESSES THAT MAY AFFECT A PET. OWNER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEY ARE
ASSUMING ALL RISK OF ILLNESS, DISEASE, HARM OR OTHERWISE TO THEIR PET BY ALLOWING THEIR PET TO STAY AT
MR. MUGGLES’ DOGS. HOUSE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
