Mime involves acting out a story through
using your expressive skills (movement,
gesture and facial expressions) without
words (dialogue) and sound. Actors have to
exaggerate their emotion and expression
for the story to make sense.
History
Mime was considered one of the earliest
performance technique of self expression.
Before there was spoken language mime
was used to communicate what primitive
people needed or wanted.
