Curtain Wall
IKHBAR
The IKHBAR a special purpose header bar which gives the opportunity of
maintaining a continuous uninterrupted horizontal sight line through glazed
sections of the façade and above the door opening negating the need for a
double section above the door which often produces an unsightly step in the
otherwise flowing horizontal line.
The IKHBAR is stocked in 2.5mtr lengths and accepts the IK1045 double
wool pile cover plate which clips in place to conceal standard door closers.
COEX pressure plate and a choice of cover cap complete the glazing and
form a neat finish to the door head no extra fillers are required.

IKDCC
This is to complement our very successful and popular window cill carrier.
The carriers are installed below the window or door during the first – fix
allowing cills to be clipped into place at a later date after other trades have
completed on site.
Dramatically reducing the risk of damage to the vulnerable cills from falling
debris. Scaffolding etc...
The carriers have been designed to be compatible with other system
company’s products and have four different cill size options 50mm, 90mm,
100mm and 180mm.
Plastic end caps are available all are in stock and available on 3 working days
mill finish and 5 working days powder coated

IK100BOX
This section has been designed to be used as a heavy duty transom.
Incorporating four screw ports to support larger vertical loads and thus
preventing twist across larger spans.

Shop Front
IKD1254
Introducing a new profile to our Double Glazed shopfront range
IKD1254 is a dual purpose section which can be used in conjunction with
pressed metal plates to produce a varying angled vertical cornerpost or can
also be used to tackle narrower door entrances when accompanied by butt
hinges.

IKS1554
This is a new addition to our Single Glazed shopfront range and is a heavy
duty cill box transom.
It has four screw ports for securing fixing and has a shuffle glaze channel
to one side of the profile and a clip in bead carrier to the other to aid in
glazing operations on site.
The bead to be used in this profile is IKS1549

IKL1047
This new double glazed header bar clip in plate is designed to clip fit into our
header bar profiles IK1019, IK1046 and IK1044.
Allowing fixed light glazing to be used to the side of a door opening thus
maintaining sight lines with out the use of fillers, beads and bead carriers.
IK1058
We have modified our IK1058 bottom rail infill profile.
It can now be used as a support for the bottom pivot on the anti finger trap
door.
It retains the dimensions to allow it to accept the Besam automatic door
slider and we have at the same time modified the lower channel details so
that either wool pile, brush strip or a combination or both may be used to
reduce the ingress of moisture and draught.
