First, touch 'Settings' from your home screen
Then, choose 'Mail, Contacts, Calenders' from the settings screen
Choose ''Add Account'
Choose 'Other'

Fill 'Name' in with your name as you would like it to appear in your emails
Enter your email address in the 'Address' section and your password in the 'Password' section
Leave the 'Description' as the default (in this case, Wirelesswisconsin)
Choose 'Next'
Choose 'POP' at the top of the screen
In the Incoming Mail Server section, fill the following options
'Host Name' is inbound.wirelesswisconsin.net
'User Name' is your username (The first part of your email address), 'Password' is your password

Scroll down to the Outgoing Mail Server section
'Host Name' is outbound.wirelesswisconsin.net
Then choose 'Save'
It will attempt to verify your settings - if it is successful you will likely return to the Accounts screen. press the
'Home' button in your iPod/iPhone
Then choose the 'Mail' icon on your home menu to start mail.
