Completely fill out Allocation Form on the student government group page found on MySiena, and send it in to [email protected] by the due date. 2. Attend the Allocation Board Meeting and present allocation. It is imperative your representative understands your event or you will not be granted funding. 3. If Allocation passes, speak with Student Government Treasurer after the meeting. After Allocation Processes After speaking with SG Treasurer, fill out check request form, go to the business office and turn in form to receive your check or money transfer. (May take up to 2 weeks) Reserve event space on Event Management System. Register for EMS by contacting Kate Hamilton. After Your Event Event Evaluation Form Within two weeks after event, turn in receipts… If you do not turn these in; You will be placed in poor standing Your org. will not be able to allocate And you may face fines from the business office Original and Copied receipts Original Receipts Copied Receipt Business Office Student Government Important Reminders For every school day that receipts and event evaluations are overdue, originally awarded amounts will be reduced by 5% (Article X, Section 3, Subsection A, Part 1) Allocations are due at 5pm on the Thursday prior to the Allocation Meeting. 72 hours in advance. No excuses. ELECTIONS! Important Details / Amendment Updates The funding awarded to student organizations for conferences, can only benefit the organization’s conference registration fee. Student government will not pay for the housing and transportation of students; this must be provided by the students, or another outside source of funding.
