The 12-word description and all of your organization’s contact information provided in your Forum registration will be listed
in the Forum Event Guide distributed to all attendees.
Ad Space

Dimensions should be no less than 150 dpi and proportionate to 5.5” x 4.25 (includes 0.25” bleed on all sides).
Acceptable formats include PDF, PSD, and JPEG files.
Full Page
Dimensions should be no less than 150 dpi and proportionate to 8.5” x 11” (includes 0.25” bleed on all

Booth Space
You will be able to set up your booth on Thursday, November 13 1-5pm.
Exhibits are encouraged to be open during all parts of the schedule except during General Sessions. Please see the
attached schedule for the times your booth will be open.






Booth space includes either one or two tables as indicated in your registration.
Space is limited, so double booth space will available on a first-come basis.
Each table is 6 ft. in length and skirted. Booth space constitutes approximately 6'x 6' ft.
Two chairs will be provided with each exhibit space.
Pipe and drape are not provided for individual booths.
Electricity will be available if you noted this in your registration.

Our exhibit hall features Punch Cards given to
our attendees at registration.
We give you a hole punch!
These punch cards contain a map of the
Exhibit Hall with each table number. To be
eligible for giveaways at the Exhibitor’s
Fair, attendees must visit each table in the
Exhibit Hall to get your punch.
