All room keys are to be given to the teacher responsible for inspecting each dormitory every morning for safe keeping. Lost keys will incur the €50 charge. The dormitories are 6-bed. Please think about who you would like to share with before the meeting on FRIDAY 26TH MAY (1.15pm in L6) where we will finalise who is sharing with whom. The food is a self-service buffet for both breakfast and our evening meal. Every day we will take packed lunches provided by the hostel. Please note that you MUST follow the below guidelines. If you try to bring any bottles bigger than 100ml they will be disposed of by security staff. Containers with liquids and gel-like products may contain up to 100ml and the bottle itself must not be bigger than 100ml capacity. All containers must be carried in a plastic bag (transparent, resealable, max. capacity 1 litre). One bag per person The bag must be presented separately at the security check Anything you buy in the airport shops must be presented in a sealed, certified bag. The shops will do this for you. Medicines which are needed during a flight may be transported outside of the plastic zip-lock bag and must also be presented at security Weather forecast / packing list: Please ensure you bring comfortable shoes as we will be doing a lot of walking. The weather can be variable even in July so please ensure you have something warm and something waterproof to wear in case of rain. If the weather is good we might go to an outdoor swimming pool – so please bring your swimming shorts! Spending money: All of your meals and excursions are already paid for. You only need money for souvenirs and any extra snacks or drinks you may wish to purchase. We will be operating a banking system whereby boys hand in their spending money upon arrival on Monday evening and withdraw a certain amount of cash each morning after breakfast.
