N.B This quotation includes Decoration of the dining room, use of our bar, plated or
buffet service, rental of the cutlery, use of our mike and music system. Wines can be
brought in and a corkage fee charged to serve the wine or we can provide the wines
at an additional cost. A cash bar can also be arranged a request of the client.

NB. Out of town offsite functions will attract a transportation cost ranging from $2000-$5000 depending
on the distance of travel.
All quotations are valid for a three month period from the date received.
 A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date at least two weeks before the function and the balance is due two
days before the function. A 15% service charge of the total bill is applicable to functions held in Georgianna’s and
other special events.
 Please notify us, of the number of guests at least two days (working days) before the event. Once you have
confirmed these numbers, reductions of these numbers are not accepted as special arrangements are already being
made after confirmation. Addition is welcomed with notice before the day of the event, but not exceeding the room
capacity based on your selected seating style.
 All contract prices will be honoured but changes in market prices may unavoidably have to be passed on to our
customers.
 Any wines that you will like to be served at your function, let us know so we can source it for you. A corkage fee of
$100 per bottle is applicable to those persons who would like to bring in their own wines.
 A deposit of $2,500.00 will be required for damages that may occur at the function. This deposit is refundable if
there are no damages.
 The cost include rental of the Georgianna’s dining area which has its own private entrance and restroom, dining
room settings, table service and usage of the bar.
