FX-301B
Blue LED (Beam wavelength; 470nm)
•Suited to differentiation of yellow and white.
•Suited to minute sensing like detection of the translucent label on the transparent film
because light attenuation factor is high.
FX-301G
Green LED (525nm)
•Suited to differentiation of yellow and red.
•Light attenuation factor is higher than blue LED. Therefore, much suited for detection
of transparent object.
NOTE: Blue LED has much light intensity than green LED.
Therefore, when longer sensing range is required, blue LED is suited.
FX-301H
Infrared LED (940nm)
•Does not expose film.
Suited for detection of photo film.
Standard type

4-element red LED (650nm)
•4-element red LED achieved stable detection
over long periods.

Films could be exposed by Red LED(650nm).
Longer beam wavelength of more than 870nm is required.
Appealing point
Beam wavelength of FX-301H is 940nm.
So the film will not be exposed.

Example:
When detecting yellow mark on white background,
With FX-301G, there is only slight difference in received
light level between yellow and white.
With FX-301B, however, there is much difference.
Therefore, in this case, FX-301B is the suitable one.

New functions
1. Key lock function
Key operation can be disabled by pressing the jog switch and the Mode key
simultaneously for 2 sec. or more.
Once Key lock become valid, the amplifier will not accept any key operation
until the lock is released.
Keep pressing for
2 sec. or more
Keep the jog switch pressed for
2 sec. or more in ‘RUN’ mode
‘Loc’ is displayed and blinked.
Then, Key lock is valid.
Back to RUN mode automatically
How to release Key lock
press the jog switch and the Mode key simultaneously
for 2 sec or more as well.
NOTE:
1: Turning the jog switch in LOCK-state displays the set threshold value.
2: When Key lock is set ON with Adjust lock OFF, only adjustment of
the threshold value is accepted.

2. Full-auto Teaching
Setting can be done without stopping the production line, with the object
in the moving condition.
Keep pressing for
0.5 sec. or more
Select ‘TEACH mode’
Keep the jog switch pressed for
0.5 sec or more with the object
in the moving condition.
‘Auto’ is displayed. Then release
the jog switch when the object
has passed.
*Shift value is variable from -45% to +45%, in increments of 5%.(Factory setting is 0%)
With the factory setting of 0%, the threshold value is set to the middle value of received
light levels in the object present and object absent conditions.
