raised orbit of ISS and undocked 2000 Sep 18.16 and landed at Kennedy Space Center. On 2005 Sep 11 an EVA was performed to install cables on the ISS.
Not certain if fragments belong to Atlantis or ISS.
NOAA 16 suffered a possible break up on 2015 Nov 25.305 and 10 hours later 19 pieces of debris were detected close to NOAA 16.
