every morning in addition to cross-curricular active outdoor learning in Maths and English.
The children will be learning Spanish with Miss Nikita Teobold on Monday afternoons and RE

Home Learning
I hope that you will be able to support you child at home with their learning which I will set on
each Friday and will be due back in the following Thursday. It is expected that at least an
hour a week should be dedicated to home learning which will consist of: Online Learning: MyMaths
Times Tables Rock Star
Spellings (Children will be tested every Friday)
Regular reading (Children will have the opportunity of participating in the school’s ‘Karate’
reading scheme – more details will follow shortly)
I appreciate that not all families will have easy access to the internet at home so there will be
opportunities for children to complete some of their home learning in school if this is the case.
I look forward to meeting you all.
Kind regards
Mrs Sharon Mileham
