Card Entry through the new Traffic Barrier
Dear Parent,
The new traffic barrier at the end of Dong Chan Road will come into operation on 14 th April, the start
of Term 3. To gain automatic entrance through the barrier you will need to have our new College ID
card. If you have already applied for and received the grey parent ID badge then you do not need to
do anything, we will automatically issue you with the new card. Please continue to use the grey
parent badge until you receive your new College ID card.
If you do not have the grey parent ID badge then you can apply for the new College ID card online.
You can arrange for up to 4 badges using this form, one for each parent and also for your driver or
ayi, if you have entrusted them to collect your child(ren) from school. You will be asked to load a
passport style picture for each person requesting a card. Please only use .jpeg or .png files no bigger
than 10MB.

The new card will be printed and sent home with your (oldest) child. Please allow about 1 week for
this.
If you do not have the new College ID card you will be asked to sign in by the Security Guards and
show them a photo ID (eg. ID card, drivers licence, passport). They will then issue a temporary visitor
badge.
