FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENT
No information in this presentation shall constitute an invitation to invest in the Company or any of its subsidiaries. Neither the Company,
nor any of its subsidiaries, nor their respective officers, employees or agents, shall be liable for any loss, damage or expense however
caused (including through negligence) which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with this presentation including, without
limitation, any loss of profit, indirect, incidental or consequential loss. This information is not intended to take the place of professional
advice and you should not take action on specific issues in reliance on this information.
This Presentation may contain forward-looking statements within the meaning of the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and
forward-looking information within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities law. Forward-looking statements are statements that
are not historical facts and are generally, but not always, identified by words such as the following: expects, plans, anticipates, believes,
intends, estimates, projects, assumes, potential and similar expressions. Forward-looking statements also include reference to events or
conditions that will, would, may, could or should occur. Information concerning exploration results and mineral resource estimates may
also be deemed to be forward-looking statements, as it constitutes a prediction of what might be found to be present when and if a
project is actually developed. These forward-looking statements are necessarily based upon a number of estimates and assumptions that,
while considered reasonable at the time they are made, are inherently subject to a variety of risks and uncertainties which could cause
actual events or results to differ materially from those reflected in the forward-looking statements, including, without limitation:
uncertainties related to raising sufficient financing to fund the planned work in a timely manner and on acceptable terms; changes in
planned work resulting from logistical, technical or other factors; the possibility that results of work will not fulfill projections/expectations
and realize the perceived potential of the Company’s projects; uncertainties involved in the interpretation of sampling, drilling and
metallurgical test results and other tests and the estimation of gold resources; risk of accidents or other unanticipated difficulties or
interruptions; the possibility of environmental issues at the Company’s projects and the need to obtain permits and comply with
environmental laws and regulations and other government requirements; fluctuations in the price of gold and other risks and
uncertainties, including those described in the Company’s disclosure documents filed on SEDAR in Canada (available at
www.sedar.com). Accordingly, we caution you not to place undue reliance on these statements. These forward-looking statements are
made as of the date of this document and the Company does not intend, and does not assume any obligation, to update these
forward-looking statements, except as required by law.
All resource estimates reported by the Company were calculated in accordance with the Canadian National Instrument 43-101 and the
Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Classification system. These standards differ significantly from the requirements of the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission. Mineral resources which are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.

MINING ANGLO’S DATABASE
• NV Gold acquired AngloGold’s
Western USA database in August, 2016
• Over $20,000,000 invested by
AngloGold with a specific focus on
Nevada and the Great Basin
• Project Pipeline Opportunities
• Anglo Database provides
productive source for new
additions to portfolio
• NV has already acquired 3 properties
since the Redstar acquisition
• Further acquisitions expected in 2017
[8]
GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY – NEVADA PORTFOLIO
14 Active Projects
• Sediment-hosted Gold
• Porphyry Copper/Gold
• Volcanic-hosted Gold
• Along key trends
• Several drill-ready targets and
projects with historic work available
for option
• NV’s property portfolio is located in
world class mining trends
• The Fraser Institute ranks Nevada as
the 3rd best global mining
jurisdiction*
* Fraser Institute: Annual Study
[9]
RECENT ACQUISTION: ATV (“across the valley”)
• Located in the Northern Nevada Rift, the 50+ sq
km, ATV is a high-risk, high-reward exploration
concept created by NV’s Quinton Hennigh
• Strategically near Newmont’s Twin Creeks and
Barrick’s Getchell/Turquoise Ridge operations
(>40Moz gold), the project target is lower plate
mineralization covered by young gravels and
volcanics
• Gravity data and structural modeling suggests
potential for discovery of “Twin Creeks” type Carlin
mineralization at shallow depths
• Previous nearby drilling by Evolving Gold in 2010
determined favorable Paleozoic sedimentary
rocks lie as close as 100 meters within surface
• NV will review gravity data and refine drill targets
of 12 to 16 RC test holes ~100-200m each
[10]
PAINTED HILLS
• Located in Northwestern Nevada,
Painted Hills is a volcanic-hosted, low
sulfidation epithermal system,
targeting high-grade veins and
disseminated mineralization
• On Black Rock Structural Boundary
(BRSB)
• Notable nearby discoveries include
Sleeper, Midas, Fire Creek, Mule
Canyon, Rawhide, Goldbanks,
Hollister and Hog Ranch deposits.
• Like Painted Hills, most of these
deposits lie along regional fault zones
like the BRSB.
• 1850 metres drilled by International
Tower Hill successfully tested strike and
structure
[10]
SEVEN DEVILS
• The Seven Devils project is
located 55 miles south of
Winnemucca, Nevada
• The project system is volcanichosted, low-sulfidation
epithermal gold, targeting Highgrade veins and disseminated
mineralization
• Important class of productive
epithermal gold-silver deposits in
Nevada (e.g., Sleeper, Midas)
• Widespread disseminated gold
• Mineral system >11,000 ft. long
with gold for at least 6,000 ft. by
+2,000 ft.
[ 11 ]
SW PIPE GOLD PROJECT
• NV’s first database acquisition
• The 6.5 square km SW Pipe is a shallow
gold system located along the Cortez
Gold Belt 6 km southwest of Barrick’s
Pipeline Gold Mine (~ 20Moz Au)
• 40 drill holes with historic drilling
intersected significant shallow gold
mineralization, including:
• 0.44 g/t over 17 m including 2.36 g/t
over 1.5 m, and
• 0.75 g/t over 11 m including 1.83 g/t
over 3 m, and
• 0.60 g/t over 18 m including 1.35 g/t
over 5 m

28M shares outstanding (22% insider
ownership)
• Management team and Board have
more than a collective 125 years of
exploration experience in Nevada
• Strong shareholder base with >65% of
